Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ZYNOXS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the platform.
Use of Service
You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the platform in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations, to exploit or harm minors, to send unauthorized advertising, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
User Accounts & Roles
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials for your account. ZYNOXS supports five user roles (Owner, Admin, Manager, Staff, and Guest), each with configurable permissions. Account owners are responsible for managing roles and access levels within their organization.
Payment & Billing
Paid features are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and authorizing payments. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
Intellectual Property
The ZYNOXS platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ZYNOXS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you input into the platform.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ZYNOXS, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. You may export your data prior to account termination through the platform's data export features.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
